Using BT GPSr + gmxt + phone + others, the memory for application goes to only 5% free. Initially also have low memory problem with pda hanging. Total memory is 53MB for storage (ROM) and 52 MB for application (RAM). i using hp rw6828 (WM5) with gmxt + holux gpslim 236 BT GPSr. but with pda you have alternative to play around with settings.
